Job Description
Are you a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for driving online sales and a proven track record in paid media? Webdev (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an exceptional Paid Media Strategist to join our dynamic team and lead our e-commerce clients to unprecedented success. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) specifically tailored for diverse e-commerce brands. Your strategic insights will directly influence client growth, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will delve deep into market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to craft compelling ad copies and creatives. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills to articulate strategies and results to clients. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage highly effective paid media strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) for a portfolio of e-commerce clients.
 - Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
 - Manage and optimize ad campaign budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient spend.
 - Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page recommendations that resonate with target audiences.
 - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, client CRM data) to provide actionable insights.
 - Perform A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and identify best practices.
 - Collaborate closely with internal creative, content, and web development teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices in the e-commerce space.
 - Communicate regularly with clients, providing transparent reports, strategic recommendations, and proactive insights.
 
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in paid media management, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
 - Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant paid social platforms.
 - In-depth understanding of e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV) and how to optimize campaigns for these.
 - Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) and data visualization.
 - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
 - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
 - Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
 - Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
 - Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
 - Previous agency experience working with multiple clients.
 - Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
 - Experience with programmatic advertising or TikTok Ads.
