Key Responsibilities
- Assist journeypersons and skilled tradespeople with various tasks on construction and maintenance sites.
- Learn and apply safe work practices, adhering to all company and regulatory safety guidelines.
- Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing components under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate hand and power tools in a safe and proficient manner after proper training.
- Follow instructions diligently and ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Complete any assigned training modules or coursework related to the apprenticeship program.
