Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies, amenities, and linen.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage within guest rooms or common areas promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly, safely, and maintained in good working order.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and policies.
- Manage lost and found items according to company procedures.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linen, when required.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including front desk staff and maintenance personnel, to ensure smooth operations.
