Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate raw materials, equipment, and personnel for optimal line efficiency.
  • Monitor production line performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments to resolve issues and streamline processes.
