Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with monitoring cloud system performance and availability using various tools.
  • Respond to and resolve basic technical incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks under supervision.
  • Support data backup, recovery, and replication processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Meticulously document system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on system upgrades, deployments, and optimization projects.
  • Actively learn and apply cloud security best practices to protect sensitive data and infrastructure.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as training progresses to provide essential system support.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux and/or Windows).
  • Familiarity with fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective teamwork and documentation.
