Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Assist users with technical queries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
- Support network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and assist with basic server operations.
- Educate users on best practices for IT security, software usage, and system maintenance.
- Assist in setting up IT equipment for new employees, office moves, and special events.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and technology upgrades.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and functions.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic network concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
