Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring all documents are accurately categorized and easily retrievable.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, maintaining various databases and spreadsheets.
- Greet visitors warmly, answer and direct incoming calls, and manage general inquiries with professionalism.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing items to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure continuous availability of essential materials.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing meeting rooms.
