Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize real-time dispatch of food delivery orders to a fleet of drivers.
- Monitor driver locations and delivery progress to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, restaurant staff, and customer support to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to assign routes and track deliveries.
- Proactively identify and address potential delays or complications in the delivery process.
- Handle incoming calls and messages from drivers regarding operational queries or incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery activities and driver performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of dispatch procedures and efficiency.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (1+ years) in a dispatch, logistics, or coordination role, preferably within food delivery or transport.
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Ballarat and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS navigation, and other relevant technology.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
