Key Responsibilities

- Manage product displays, planograms, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data, inventory levels, and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product flow and promotion execution.
- Monitor product performance, identify slow-moving items, and propose strategies for markdown or promotional activities.
- Ensure all visual merchandising adheres to brand guidelines and high presentation standards.
- Provide insights and recommendations for new product introductions and category management.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on merchandising performance and market trends for stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant merchandising software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
