Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, seating them comfortably and presenting menus.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering informed recommendations and answering menu-related questions.

- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setup, clearing, and resetting.

- Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
