Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with fuel purchases, ensuring correct fuel type and quantity.
- Operate fuel pumps and POS systems accurately, handling cash and electronic payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pump area, forecourt, and other designated station zones.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including handling flammable materials and emergency responses.
- Conduct routine checks of fuel levels and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Provide basic information about station services and promotions to customers.
- Resolve minor customer inquiries or direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with stock replenishment of convenience items if required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or unusual incidents to the supervisor promptly.
