Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new functionalities.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components.
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and security.
- Manage and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) for application efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and foster best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack and development processes.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making for new and existing systems.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong expertise with at least one major front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Solid experience with a back-end language and framework (e.g., Node.js with Express, Python with Django/Flask, Java with Spring Boot, C# with .NET Core).
- Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a remote environment.
