Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive academic and pastoral support to students.
- Offer guidance on welfare issues, including mental health, housing, and personal challenges.
- Advise students on financial matters, bursaries, loans, and budgeting.
- Assist students with career development inquiries and signpost to relevant resources.
- Liaise effectively with academic staff, administrative departments, and external support agencies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with data protection policies.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, events, and initiatives to enhance student well-being and success.
- Act as a first point of contact for student inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues or escalating as appropriate.
- Proactively identify and address potential barriers to student engagement and achievement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of student support policies and procedures.
