Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and applications look and function.
- Translate conceptual ideas into concrete design solutions, considering user experience goals.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and front-end developers to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and iterate on designs.
- Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders and team members.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries for scalability and consistency.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of UI design projects.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
- Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience with animation/motion design for UI.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.
