Career.zycto is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join a vibrant manufacturing facility located in Bugesera, Eastern Province. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently, following detailed instructions and blueprints.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on products at various stages of the production line to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Package finished products, ensuring proper labeling and preparing them for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and stocking materials and finished goods.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
