Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and engage passive candidates using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networks, social media, etc.).
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage candidate data and track sourcing activities efficiently.
- Assist recruiters in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Craft compelling outreach messages to pique candidate interest and encourage application.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and current information.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand specific role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Generate regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to improve recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices to enhance effectiveness.
- Support ad-hoc recruitment projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (6+ months) in a support, research, or administrative role, preferably within an HR or recruitment setting.
