Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy services, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and sports massage, based on client needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess conditions, understand expectations, and create personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting services provided and client progress.
- Educate clients on post-massage care, stretching, and lifestyle recommendations to extend the benefits of their treatment.
- Ensure a clean, comfortable, and hygienic treatment room environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Actively listen to client feedback and adapt techniques to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to offer integrated care plans where appropriate.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including scheduling, cancellation, and privacy protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities.

Required Skills
- Certified Diploma or Degree in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional massage therapy experience.
- Proficiency in Swedish, deep tissue, and at least two other specialized massage techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Exceptional client service orientation and a commitment to client well-being.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain client confidentiality.
- Valid professional liability insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced modalities such as myofascial release, reflexology, or prenatal massage.
- Membership in a professional massage therapy association (e.g., FHT, BCMT).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness center setting.
