Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data models, reports, and dashboards using various business intelligence tools.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and causal relationships in complex datasets.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for senior management and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, finance, and operations, to define key metrics and analytics requirements.
- Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks and evaluate experiment results to inform product and business decisions.
- Mentor junior data analysts, providing guidance on best practices, analytical techniques, and career development.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all analytical projects and reporting systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and data science.
- Contribute to the strategic development of Career.zycto's data infrastructure and analytics roadmap.
- Present findings and insights to diverse audiences, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a data analytics role, preferably as a Senior Data Analyst.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong command of a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or R).
- Demonstrable experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense) to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
