Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Identify customer needs and proactively offer relevant financial products and services, engaging in cross-selling when appropriate.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and manage vault currency according to established procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, security protocols, and company policies to safeguard assets and client information.
- Assist clients with opening new accounts, updating existing account information, and setting up various banking services.
- Educate customers on the use of digital banking platforms, ATMs, and other self-service tools.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve individual and branch sales and service goals.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Required Skills
