Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Utilize advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-Ray search, etc.) to pinpoint hard-to-find candidates efficiently.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates, introducing them to Career.zycto and relevant career opportunities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Assist recruiters in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet specific job requirements.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, talent landscapes, and competitive intelligence within various sectors.
- Prepare comprehensive candidate reports and summaries for internal review by the recruiting team.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned with client needs.
- Support administrative tasks related to the recruitment process as needed, ensuring smooth operational flow.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a sourcing, recruitment support, or administrative role, preferably within an HR or talent acquisition context.
- Strong research and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese, crucial for engaging with diverse candidates.
- Proficiency in using online sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote and flexible work environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) for daily operations and reporting.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software used in recruitment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or high-volume recruitment environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
- Knowledge of local labor market trends and talent pools in Mozambique, particularly in Cabo Delgado Province.
