Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the diagnosis and repair of desktop computers, laptops, and other ICT equipment.
- Perform basic hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements (e.g., RAM, hard drives).
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues, including operating system errors and application malfunctions.
