Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock reconciliation processes.
  • Prepare purchase orders, shipping documents, and other relevant supply chain paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams regarding order status and logistics.
  • Support the resolution of shipping discrepancies, delays, or damaged goods.
  • Help analyze supply chain data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Contribute to the optimization of logistical processes and efficiency initiatives.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
