Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with accurate and timely data entry into financial systems, ensuring integrity and completeness of records.
  • Support the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment requests, verifying all details.
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation activities for various accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
  • Help maintain organized financial files and documentation, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and strict compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation as needed.
  • Learn and strictly adhere to company financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.

Required Skills
