Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior barbers with client preparation, including draping and shampooing.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation and general salon area.
- Learn and practice various haircutting, styling, and grooming techniques under direct supervision.
- Sanitize and maintain barbering tools and equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Develop basic client communication skills, including greeting clients and scheduling appointments.
- Observe and learn advanced barbering trends, product knowledge, and customer service strategies.
- Perform general salon duties such as laundry, sweeping, and ensuring client comfort.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
