Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of exam administration, including application processing, registration, and scheduling.
  • Accurately input and maintain candidate data, exam results, and related information within designated databases.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate exam delivery and resolve administrative queries.
  • Prepare and dispatch official documentation, certificates, and results in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Ensure strict adherence to examination policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clear and professional communication to candidates regarding exam procedures, dates, and outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous electronic and physical filing systems for all exam-related documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and statistical data related to examination activities.

Required Skills
