Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance monitoring plans and programs.
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc monitoring reviews, assessments, and investigations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify, assess, and report on compliance risks and breaches, recommending corrective actions and process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management, board committees, and regulatory bodies, outlining findings and recommendations.
