Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize patient records, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Schedule patient appointments, medical procedures, and internal staff meetings efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, directing calls and visitors appropriately and professionally.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other official documents for medical staff and management.
