Job Description
Are you an organisational wizard with an innate ability to bring order to complex schedules? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen eye for detail? Sky UK is looking for a proactive and highly organised Remote Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team, operating entirely from a home office base in East Kilbride, Glasgow. This is a pivotal role that ensures the seamless coordination of resources, appointments, and personnel, directly impacting our operational efficiency and, ultimately, our customer satisfaction.
In this vital work-from-home position, you will be responsible for managing intricate schedules for various departments, potentially including field engineers, customer service specialists, or project teams. Your day will involve navigating multiple systems, responding to urgent requests, and proactively identifying potential conflicts or inefficiencies before they arise. You’ll be the linchpin that keeps operations running smoothly, ensuring that our teams are where they need to be, when they need to be there, equipped with the right information.
You’ll leverage your exceptional communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders across different levels of the organisation, adapting your approach to meet diverse needs. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, self-discipline, and a dedicated home working environment, demonstrating your capability to manage your workload effectively without direct supervision. While working remotely, you’ll remain an integral part of a supportive and collaborative virtual team, participating in regular online meetings and leveraging digital tools to stay connected. We’re looking for someone who is not just a scheduler, but a problem-solver, a proactive planner, and a reliable point of contact who can anticipate needs and streamline processes. If you’re passionate about efficiency, enjoy the challenge of a dynamic scheduling environment, and are ready to contribute to a world-class company from your home office, we encourage you to apply.
