This is a critical role for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our sports and event facilities in Quiterajo. As a Stadium Operations Aide, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day readiness and operational excellence of the stadium infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for various stadium events (e.g., seating, staging, athletic equipment).
- Perform routine inspections of facilities, identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all public and operational areas, including seating, restrooms, and concourses.
- Support logistics for event operations, including signage placement, crowd flow management, and entry/exit procedures.
- Conduct light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and replacing fixtures.
- Manage inventory of operational supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for events.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and security protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with event staff, security personnel, and cleaning teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Respond to immediate operational needs and resolve minor issues efficiently during events.
- Assist with pre-event checks and post-event clear-up and readiness for the next scheduled activity.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance and operational procedures.
