Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging machinery for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Load raw materials, products, and packaging components (e.g., labels, film) into equipment.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
- Inspect packaging for defects, damage, incorrect labeling, or improper sealing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, strictly following good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and operational policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, product quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with machine changeovers, setup procedures, and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
- Accurately record production data, complete relevant paperwork, and maintain logs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
