You will be involved in a variety of essential tasks that support the daily operations of oil sands facilities. This includes assisting skilled trades such as pipefitters, electricians, and heavy equipment operators, maintaining clean and organized work sites to prevent hazards, loading and unloading materials, operating hand and power tools under supervision, and adhering strictly to all safety protocols and company policies. The work environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and requires physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be provided with comprehensive training on site-specific procedures, equipment handling, and all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure you perform your duties confidently, securely, and in full compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., pipefitters, electricians, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Perform general labour duties, including site clean-up, material handling, and tool organization.
- Load and unload materials and equipment manually or using basic equipment under supervision.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently as directed.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Participate in daily safety meetings and hazard assessments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support site maintenance activities as required.
- Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or hazards immediately to supervision.
