Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough literature reviews and environmental scans on various policy topics.
  • Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, Stata).
  • Draft comprehensive research reports, policy briefs, presentations, and other deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of research proposals and project plans.
  • Participate in virtual stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
  • Monitor relevant policy developments and emerging trends.
  • Effectively communicate research findings to internal and external audiences.
  • Manage and maintain research databases and documentation.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in applying various research methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods).
