Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and professional demeanor, providing a positive first and last impression.
  • Efficiently assist guests with their luggage, safely transporting it to and from their rooms or vehicles.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and directions.
  • Assist guests with parking, valet services, and taxi arrangements as required.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised lobby area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, escalating issues to the front desk or management when necessary.
  • Deliver newspapers, mail, and packages to guest rooms or designated areas.
  • Support the Front Office team with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures, including handling luggage and operating equipment responsibly.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
