Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, provide information on services, and assist with order placement and inquiries.
  • Operate and maintain printing equipment such as digital printers, laminators, and cutters, ensuring high-quality output and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Process customer payments accurately using POS systems and manage daily cash reconciliation.
  • Prepare print jobs, including paper selection, basic layout adjustments, and file preparation using standard software.
  • Manage inventory of printing supplies, monitor stock levels, and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment, adhering to safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when required.
  • Ensure timely completion and delivery of print orders, maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Assist with packaging and dispatch of finished products, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experience.
