Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey, assisting with boarding and alighting, especially for vulnerable passengers or those with mobility aids.

  • Manage passenger flow and overcrowding, ensuring equitable distribution of space on the bus.

  • Perform routine checks of passenger numbers and report discrepancies.
