Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in all phases of event planning, from concept development to post-event wrap-up, under the guidance of senior planners.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential venues, suppliers, caterers, entertainers, and other service providers.
  • Provide support in managing event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, equipment setup, and venue arrangements.
  • Prepare essential event materials, such as invitations, programs, name badges, registration packets, and promotional items.
  • Maintain accurate event budgets and meticulously track all expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Assist with on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations, directing attendees, and promptly addressing any issues that arise.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, attendees, and vendors to ensure all needs and expectations are met.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts for events, including social media updates and content creation.
  • Participate in post-event evaluations, gathering feedback, and assisting in generating comprehensive reports for future improvements.

Required Skills
