Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive office filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Draft, proofread, and format official correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with precision and accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.

- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure all necessary equipment is in good working condition.

- Assist in the compilation of data for reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
