Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to label executives and various departments.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for artists and staff.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to release schedules and deadlines.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, maintaining clear communication.
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts, reports, presentations, and other critical documents.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, databases, and asset management systems.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking for specific projects.
  • Support marketing and promotion efforts by coordinating asset delivery and campaign logistics.
  • Facilitate artist relations, acting as a liaison for communication and logistical needs.
  • Conduct research as needed to support business development or artist projects.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1-3 years of administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in the entertainment or music industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
