Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all customers as they approach the drive-thru window or speaker.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Process cash, credit, and debit card payments quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised drive-thru workstation and surrounding areas.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Assist with other store duties as needed, including stocking and cleaning.
