Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect, sort, and distribute internal mail, documents, and packages to various departments and personnel within the office.
- Perform external courier duties, ensuring the timely and secure delivery of important documents, packages, and other items to clients, vendors, and partners across specified locations in Lagos.
- Obtain necessary signatures and complete accurate documentation for all deliveries and collections, maintaining detailed logs.
- Assist with essential office administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, filing, and preparing outgoing mail and packages.
- Manage and monitor office supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Undertake various office errands as required, such as purchasing supplies, banking, or other local tasks.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor while representing Career.zycto at all times.
- Promptly report any discrepancies, issues, or delays encountered during deliveries to the immediate supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols for document handling.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to navigate Egbeda, Alimosho, and broader Lagos effectively using various transportation methods.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive interactions.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive documents.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as a collaborative team member.
- Physical fitness to handle lifting and carrying packages (up to 15kg) and to be on your feet for extended periods.

- Minimum of O'Level (SSCE) qualification.
