Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage with customers, offering product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising and restocking products.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new shipments, processing returns, and conducting stock counts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Actively promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Support team members in achieving daily sales goals and maintaining high operational standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and loss prevention.
