Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
