Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process room service orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Efficiently prepare and set up food and beverage trays according to established standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
- Present food and beverage items clearly and offer assistance with setup within the guest room.
- Retrieve used trays and dishes from guest rooms and designated service areas in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service pantry, equipment, and storage areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, front desk, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Process payments and manage guest charges accurately.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required.
