Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process fuel and convenience store transactions using a POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting all patrons warmly and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales counter, pumps, and immediate store area.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, directions, and location of items within the store.
- Actively promote station loyalty programs, special offers, and additional services.
- Monitor fuel levels, report any discrepancies, and assist with minor issues.
- Strictly adhere to all station safety, security procedures, and company regulations.
- Accurately balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Restock shelves and arrange merchandise displays in the convenience store as needed.
Required Skills
- Basic mathematical and cash handling proficiency.
