Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues accurately and efficiently, including leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, and water heater malfunctions.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing infrastructure.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing layouts and installations.
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of work to be performed and estimated costs to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including materials used and time spent.
- Manage and prioritize multiple service calls and projects effectively.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines on job sites.
- Keep work area clean and organized, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
- Provide emergency plumbing services as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a professional plumber in household and office settings.
