Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all stages of the distillation process, including mashing, fermentation, distillation, and barreling, under supervision.
- Operate and monitor distillery equipment, ensuring proper function and adherence to safety protocols.
- Clean and sanitize tanks, barrels, pipes, and other production equipment to maintain stringent hygiene standards.
- Handle and transfer raw materials (grains, yeast, water) and finished products with care and precision.
- Assist with bottling, labeling, and packaging spirits for distribution.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including inventory management, loading, and unloading.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Support senior distillers and team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
