Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating specific products and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop floor, including merchandising displays.
- Assist with stock rotation, unpacking deliveries, and ensuring products are well-stocked.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately process transactions.
- Learn about new craft products, techniques, and trends to effectively advise customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Support the shop manager with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
