Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Master the art of frying and preparing a variety of fish, chips, and other fast-food items to our high quality standards.
- Ensure all food is presented attractively and consistently meets our brand’s expectations for taste and appearance.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation across the entire workspace, including kitchen areas, serving counters, and customer seating.
- Accurately handle cash and card payments, process transactions, and manage end-of-day reconciliation.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with receiving deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory management to minimise waste.
- Collaborate effectively with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and preparing for the next shift.
- Engage with customers to resolve inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
