Key Responsibilities
- Assist financial advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans, investment proposals, and client presentations.
- Gather and organize client financial data, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Process new account applications, transfers, and other client service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update client relationship management (CRM) systems with current information.
- Prepare and compile various financial reports, statements, and performance summaries for client reviews.
- Communicate effectively with clients to schedule meetings, answer routine inquiries, and facilitate information exchange.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Research investment products, market trends, and economic conditions to support advisor recommendations.
