Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting ice cream flavors and toppings.
- Efficiently and accurately scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other dessert items.
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and make change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, display cases, and customer seating areas.
- Restock ice cream flavors, cones, toppings, and other supplies as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and minor complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Prepare simple food items such as waffles or cones, if applicable.
